Ply and Diameter Flexibility

The Rolco Core Makers are engineered to be flexible and can produce single ply, two ply or three ply cores.
The possibilities for Core Diameter range from 35mm up to 80mm.

These basic features enable our Core Makers to be applied for Consumer Tissue and Industrial converting lines.

By utilizing multiple unwind stands and the automatic flying splice feature, the Core Makers allow flexible production.
